Should be noted that 3 songs on here are re recordings of old ones, a practice that none of the band give much of a shit about (just write new better songs is a more creative philosophy) but they just sounded better with Abi playing on them so they got documented. In fact HDYGTBTW got recorded twice previously, yeah pretty shitty but first time was just D and A, then they wanted to do it with proper drums when M joined. Excuses excuses right?.

good morning captain was a band from Brighton, England between 1999 and 2005.
The lineup at various times was Dominic Plucknett, Andy Thomas, Caroline Weeks, Miles Willey and Ab Fry.
We released several eps/albums in that time mostly hand made limited to 20 or 40. Done a split on Mid-March Records with Jacobs Stories and a mini album on Fence Records which came out posthumously ..cheers. ... more
